Nissan ComputerNissan Motors v. Nissan Computer – The Nissan Computer company itself is not notable, however the case filed against them by Nissan Motors is, hence this article should be move to the aforementioned title and the focal point of article should be changed to reflect the title. In order words, this article should be deleted as it doesn't meet notability guidelines and an article on the case regarding the subject should be created if someone is willing to put in the effort. but it's named for its owner!

edit

This statement

"However, Nissan Computer was named after its owner, Uzi Nissan"

should be changed, the wording of it, the sense of it, and where it appears, it's almost a non sequitor. "Named after its owner" is not an important aspect of trademark in the United States; if your name is McDonald's, you can't just start selling burgers under your name because it's your name. A discussion of that aspect of trademarks is no doubt interesting, but there is no discussion on the page. More important in this case, is that Nissan Computers is in a different business than Nissan Motors, because that is relevant in trademark disputes. 68.175.11.48 (talk) 18:21, 23 June 2015 (UTC)Reply
