Wrong St Valery

For 13 years this article has pointed to St Valery-en-Caux, a location which has no docks or other things of military value. The cited reference was 404, but checking it with the Wayback machine shows the correct location was St Valery-sur-Somme, which does have locks to the Somme canal and other military targets.
