Dear vandale, could you please explain, why the entry PBS buffer should be deleted? Just the fact that somebody doesn't know what a PBS buffer is, doesn't justify its deletion, isn't it? I think the article could be very useful for a lot of scientists who quickly want to look up how to prepare the PBS buffer. Even more since Sambrook Maniatis is no longer available online.

- Wikipedia is not a how-to guide, which is exactly what this page is. It doesn't explain what a PBS buffer is, but rather how to make it, which is an instruction.
