I know I wrote most of this, but I figure I can judge it pretty well at this level at least.

Current flaws:

Lacks any detail about WHY the DD2 was judged unsuccessful.
Needs some context about the PRR's planned electrification expansion and why it didn't happen.
Needs an explanation that GG1s, purchased for passenger use, ended up available for freight
Needs a description of the DD2's service life
Perhaps a better technology description if available.
Needs sections and better writing.
