2003 musical in ititle

It is right to call this a 2003 musical? At best a bit misleading since it was actually written in 1990, or at least the vast majority of it. The rule is generally when it was written or first performed, but this is a bit of a special case since there was such a long time before the first production (and even then a non-notable amateur one).
