Party City Holdco and Party City Holding Company are the same company. This was confirmed via the SEC filling on the companies website.

I removed the parent company "Canadian Tire" because although they bought all the franchises in Canada, does not mean they are the parent company of the entire organization. American Diabetio (talk) 04:33, 29 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
