It's well-established on WP that models, laws, theorems, effects, etc, are normally downcased.
Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term, not a propriety or commercial term, so the article title should be downcased. Lowercase will match the formatting of related article titles. Tony (talk) 13:47, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
- You are entirely correct. I removed the "move request template" and instead tagged the first page for moving to the second page. There need be no discussion about this; it is the way things are supposed to be for the reason you stated and also WP:TITLE. Blue Rasberry (talk) 15:06, 12 January 2012 (UTC)
