In dealing with the lack of sources ...
editHi! I just recently finished working on adding sources to the Pikes Peak Library District Article. I'd like some input before I move it here. To view my copy, please visit my PPLD Sandbox page. Thanks in advance, Matthewrbowker (talk) 04:17, 24 September 2010 (UTC)
- I added my references, as I have not heard any feedback for over a week Matthewrbowker (talk) 04:32, 7 October 2010 (UTC)
History section removed
editI have removed the history section. It was copied directly from the library's website. http://ppld.org/history-ppld The site provides no information about the copyright on the site content which makes this a potential copyright violation. Although the editor adding the material states he or she is the Web master for the site, that is not sufficient proof of proper permission. Furthermore, the material is also somewhat promotional. - Whpq (talk) 15:26, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
Hi there. Thank you for helping edit this page properly, I do appreciate it as I want to do it right. While I am the web developer for PPLD, I'm not trying to be biased or promotional, just accurate. Part of my job description is to make sure online information about PPLD is factually correct. vfranklyn (talk) 16:00, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
Sorry about putting my 'connected contributor' in the edit summaries. I see now I should only be doing that if the 'talk' page isn't available. vfranklyn (talk) 16:16, 19 November 2015 (UTC)
