I added a secondary definition from my materials manufacturing textbook. Schey, J.A. 2000 ISBN:0-07-031136-6 I still don't believe that this is a very good definition however, please review further. Thanks!— Preceding unsigned comment added by Hunterwright (talkcontribs) 08:42, 12 December 2008‎

Plastisol is also a generic name for the PVC based paint coating that is applied to steel sheet materials in liquid form. Plastisols are available in a huge choice of colours and finishes and are widely used for internal and external construction applications, as well as general engineering. That sounds like a good addition to the article, be bold and add it! I left a welcome information on your talk page if you want some guidance. Siawase (talk) 07:08, 23 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

I bought a plastisol pipe cap from stockcap which is soft plastic with a silicone feel to it. It is colored, but is not an ink as such. It may have been created by the mold spinning method described. My point is that the artical shouldn't call plastisol "ink." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bhodiebob (talkcontribs) 18:19, 11 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
