cross-referencing Polygamy page (Wikipedia), Bhutan, also predominantly Buddhist, is also mentioned as allowing for polygamous (non-nuclear) family models, so the claim on this page would appear in doubt. Kirbyurner (talk) 07:44, 17 April 2011 (UTC)Reply

Polygamy is illegal in Myanmar since 2015. This article should be changed. M P Htoo (talk) 02:37, 10 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
