Polythematic structured-subject heading system → Polythematic Structured Subject Heading System – This is the official spelling, as per https://psh.techlib.cz/skos/en.

Unlike "Polythematic structured-subject heading system", the official spelling makes sense since 1) it uses title case as is usual for proper names in English; 2) the hyphen used makes no sense.
