Pope John (numbering) → Pope John numbering – Improper use of disambiguating parenthesis since the numbering dispute would not itself be known simply as "Pope John." Unless anyone can think of a better title for this, removing the brackets is appropriate. Ribbet32 (talk) 20:17, 1 March 2017 (UTC)
- Support move. This one's as noncontroversial as any Pope-related move can be. ONR (talk) 20:54, 2 March 2017 (UTC)
- Support per WP:COMMONSENSE and WP:DAB; the nominator's analysis is correct. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 22:54, 3 March 2017 (UTC)
- Support per original proposal. I wonder if there's a title that would sound a little less stilted ("Numbering of Popes John?") but the proposed one is probably fine. --Jfruh (talk) 09:37, 4 March 2017 (UTC)
- Or Pope John numeration? One of my hopes in starting this RM was that we could come up with a less pedestrian title. Ribbet32 (talk) 19:18, 4 March 2017 (UTC)
