The explanation of the problem with float carburetors and the description of "Miss Shilling's orifice" mode of operation is wrong according to

Yes, the idea of Miss shilling orifice is not to remove the negative G cut-out but a more severe problem: the flooding of the carburetor and rich cut-out.
