Content in the lead
editThis was stuck in the lead, and is a remarkable claim that X was first, sourced only to the paper about which "first" is claimed. To say "first" we need a third party source saying that. No Wikipedia can say that on their own - that is WP:OR. Moved this here until the "first" claim can be sourced. after that is found, this should go in the body of the article. Unclear if it rises to the importance of being part of the WP:LEAD.
The tropical disease system was first proposed by Duke University faculty David Ridley, Henry Grabowski, and Jeffrey Moe in their 2006 Health Affairs paper: "Developing Drugs for Developing Countries."[1]
