Probe Incorporation Mediated by EnzymesPRIME (labeling technique) – or PRIME (molecular biology labeling technique), or Probe incorporation mediated by enzymes. Like CRISPR, this topic seems likely to be more recognizable by its abbreviation than by its spelled-out name, as the spelled-out name seems more like a backronym than a natural term for the subject. If it must be spelled out, it should be in sentence case as the term for a method per MOS:EXPABBR and MOS:DOCTCAPS.
