Punctuation of English → English punctuation – This is a more concise title akin to Japanese punctuation and Korean punctuation. Hko2333 (talk) 14:29, 22 May 2020 (UTC)
- Oppose "English punctuation" could be read as referring to the punctuation used in England, with an alternative being "American punctuation". The title used now is more precise. The variation in varieties of English is not paralleled in most other languages. Peter coxhead (talk) 21:09, 22 May 2020 (UTC)
- That seems unlikely. The English used in modern England is usually called "British English", and thus its punctuation would be called "British punctuation". I've never heard it referred to as "English English" before. Rreagan007 (talk) 00:48, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
- Support per WP:CONSISTENT for consistency with other similar articles. And also per WP:NATURALNESS. It's a much more natural title. Rreagan007 (talk) 00:48, 23 May 2020 (UTC)
