This article should probably explain why Punjabis were motivated to emigrate, and why they are represented so heavily among Indian emigrants. Brutannica (talk) 09:47, 19 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Yes, that would be good. Perhaps you could contribute to it in this manner? saɪm duʃɑn Talk|Contribs 09:24, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

The map of Punjabis in the US

edit

Are there any references used in this map? Is this original research? saɪm duʃɑn Talk|Contribs 09:25, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

nonsensical, bad style or unreferenced sentences

edit

"From those punjabis till now, more than 50% are hindu punjabis." - doesn't really make any sense, no references so I removed it.

"Some famous Indian wrestlers who have settled in USA are Ritesh Bhalla(Sonjay Dutt,TNA wrestler) and Dalip Singh Rana(Great Khali,WWE wrestler), both of them hindu punjabis. " - is this really relevant? Perhaps it should be put under a "famous members of the Punjabi diaspora" section. Whoever wrote this should keep in mind that ethnic and religious groups must have their first letter in uppercase in formal forms of the English language (such as that which is used on Wikipedia). saɪm duʃan Talk|Contribs 03:03, 13 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
