1. Well-written:
1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct. I don't understand this "Purr's scent is a fresh citrus that also features peach nectar and apple with green bamboo." Can you clarify it? Is it supposed to say "Purr's scent is fresh with a citrus twist which also features peach nectar and apple with green bamboo." Or something similar?

Also "While shooting the commercial ad for Purr, the television show Extra did a behind-the-scenes look of it." Is it supposed to say "Whilst shooting the commercial advert for Purr, the television show "Extra" performed a behind the scencs interview with Perry about the design of the bottle."

Also, "Purr had its launched during the ides of November 2010" Is it supposed to say "Purr was launched during November 2010"
Done

Also, this quote "basically me in a bottle. I think a lot of people go up and they go, 'That’s definitely Katy Perry. This is definitely Katy Perry’s perfume.'"

The last part that says 'That’s definitely Katy Perry, is that part of the quote? I am confused as would she talk about herself in the third person? Also, where is there an apostrophe before and after it?

I double checked the source, she does. I guess she's saying that from a customer's point of view, how they would be able to see, since this perfume is a 'reflection' of herself, Katy Perry just from seeing the bottle/testing it. In the source (People mag) that is how/where the apostrophe appears, as she is kinda quoting the 'peoples' (customers) maybe-thoughts.

1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation. The words "current", "recent" & "to date" should be avoided as they become outdated.

You use this in the following places: "Released in November 2010, it is currently being sold at Nordstrom" "The fragrance, currently available at Nordstrom"
Done

2. Verifiable with no original research:
2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline.
2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose).
2c. it contains no original research. Can you provide an inline citation for the following claims:

"delicate bouquet of jasmine blossom, pink freesia and Bulgarian rose, balanced by vanilla orchid, white amber, creamy sandalwood and musk" and "Perry calls its design "cute".

Done for the former. As for the latter, the cute part has been omitted from the text.
3. Broad in its coverage:
3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic. Pending
3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style).
  4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.
  5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute. yes
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content. yes
6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions. The image has no caption, please add one.
