POV check

Large parts of the article feel like marketing copy that has been rewritten to be more encyclopedic. Specifically, quite a few of sources linked in the the "Media coverage" section raise questions about data privacy and the ethics of the kind of tracking described on this page, but the article does not contain any counter-arguments as per WP:NPOV.
