R.Y.C → R.Y.C. (album) – The album is titled after the song "Raw Youth Collage" so the initials should have a full stop/period after each letter – however, there is a redirect for the same album at the target page, and R.Y.C. is a DAB page. Richard3120 (talk) 00:23, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- This is a contested technical request. Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:02, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Richard3120 and Sir Joseph: queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 04:04, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- The name of the album is R.Y.C without the period after the "C" so the page is titled correctly, so I don't think any action is necessary. Sir Joseph (talk) 01:17, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- @Sir Joseph: Do you have any proof of that? AllMusic, Pitchfork and Variety call it R.Y.C. with a full stop [1], [2], [3]. NME and Hot Press use both R.Y.C. and R.Y.C in their reviews [4], [5]. The Guardian, The Financial Times and PopMatters call it RYC without any punctuation [6], [7], [8]. DIY uses both RYC and R.Y.C [9]. In short, nobody seems to know what the title is, but in my opinion, R.Y.C is more evidence of poor writing or sub-editing in not including the final full stop, rather than proof of name. And the album itself uses the full name Raw Youth Collage on its cover, so that doesn't help at all. Richard3120 (talk) 15:14, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- Richard3120, Mura Masa uses R.Y.C. See https://www.muramasa.me/, you can also check their YouTube channel for their official music videos where they use R.Y.C as the name. Sir Joseph (talk) 16:09, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
- He also uses RYC on that first link. So there's still no consistency, even from the artist himself. Richard3120 (talk) 16:12, 6 May 2020 (UTC)

- Support WP:CRITERIA: mind bogglingly user-unfriendly title for an album that doesn't look notable In ictu oculi (talk) 21:18, 6 May 2020 (UTC)
