Celebrations and Significance

Hey @Kridha!

I saw that you changed my subheading "observances" back to "celebrations" and "significance". I definitely agree that celebrations and significance mean two different things. I wanted to ask for your input and hopefully come to a compromise. I'm just not in agreement with how placing the content about the pilgrimage to Manimahesh Lake is appropriate under the sub-subheading "significance." Significance refers to the importance of something. In this case, it would be appropriate to talk about the significance of the festival itself. That is why I took out the title celebrations and put it in an all-inclusive title "observances".
