Red Bank High School is a public school in the city of Red Bank, Hamilton County, Tennessee. It is not Red Bank Regional High School, nor is it Red Bank Catholic.
Tennessee Hamilton County Board of Education added a 10th grade in 1938, an 11th grade in 1939, and finally a 12th grade in 1940 to the Red Bank Jr High grades 7-9 located on Dayton Blvd. A new Red Bank Junior High School was later built in 1960 on Morrison Springs Road. Grades 7 – 9 were removed from Red Bank High School (RBHS) and created more room to accommodate the growing community and the enrollment from the baby boom generation (Red Bank, 2010). Later in 1982 the two campuses traded locations and Red Bank High School moved to Morrison Springs Road on a 54 acre track leaving room for even greater expansion. Today, RBHS has a student enrollment that fluctuates between 1150 and 1350.
