Stress

Since the transliteration system used was somewhat sub-par, I've converted it to IPA. As is, though, most examples are broader transcriptions because I don't know the stress of non-dictionary words (that is, if I don't know the stress it's because I couldn't find it in my dictionary). I've marked such words in between <!arrows>.

If speakers, native or non-, could mark stress with either a <'> or (preferably) with a <ˈ> at the beginning of the stressed syllable that would be much appreciated. Once I know the stress I can fine-tune the narrow transcription that we all want. Thank you very much. AEuSoes1 20:18, 28 August 2006 (UTC)Reply
