Purpose
editThe purpose of creating this Reiki History page is to allow and invite everyone to begin contributing to a factual document. Much of Reiki History is heresay. "I heard it from so-and-so". The other factor is the Japanese language is not necessarily known to as many Westerners as it should be making factual research in Japan difficult.
The topics presented here are present in virtually every Reiki History published on all Reiki websites. Each version of Reiki History presents its own bias.
My goal in posting the history here is to make these topics available to the greater public to allow corrections and proper referential citations to be made.
Inclusion criteria
editI'm not familiar with lists like this, and I think we could all benefit is someone could provide links to similar lists of the highest quality.
Of course, the list needs inclusion criteria, per WP:LIST. We should probably start with date/fact combinations already mentioned in other Wikipedia articles. --Ronz (talk) 18:07, 14 December 2007 (UTC)
