editthe K7M mentions the engine has only 8 valves. The 7 in K7M indicates 4 valves a cylinder, this means the engine is 16 valve.

editThe K7M engine has 8 Valves, watch out the link I added.--Sebastian83 (talk) 17:03, 10 March 2009 (UTC). Why did the engine suffer from head gasket failure? --Sebastian83 (talk) 11:24, 11 March 2009 (UTC)

engine codes
editThe article might need a little update, concerning the Dacia Lodgy 90HP DCi and the Clio IV, which according to sources (Dacia brochure: http://www.dacia.se/upload/MB-Lodgy-J92-SE_BD.pdf) and Clio IV tech specs (http://www.clioiv.com/downloads/tech.pdf) shares the engine type k9k 612 (although the Clio is 75 HP and the Dacia is at 90 HP, so some differences, at least in the tuning). Could someone please verify this? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.48.36.182 (talk) 19:24, 20 April 2013 (UTC)
- That pdf is NOT official: in this document you can see that Clio is using 608 while Lodgy has 612 --Nashu2k 00:19, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
Nissan Micra SE K12 series III was available with K9K 65hp in 2003, I had one. Hence table edit. Mike163 (talk) 21:16, 31 October 2016 (UTC)
cooled, with tree (s)
editDoes this even make sense? "[The engine is] water cooled, with tree (s) driven overhead camshafts (s)"? From the opening paragraph. wcrosbie (talk), Melbourne, Australia 20:54, 5 May 2014 (UTC)
- Here to report that this sentence remains as inscrutable as ever nearly a decade later. 🆃🆁🆂™ 01:31, 20 February 2024 (UTC)
