2005 anti-terror bill
edit"Burden is not a particularly frequent Labour rebel, but has voted against the government on a few occasions, most notably on the invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the 2005 anti-terror bill, which included provision to hold terrorist suspects for 90 days without trial."
Is this referring to the Terrorism Act 2006? either way: 1) needs source 2) In what way did he "vote against the government"? my understanding is that Labour proposed the bill, and Burden was absent. 3) shouldn't the "is" be switched to was?
