Can not find a source that indicates he was executed

I can not find any credible source that states Richard Ingle was executed. The book cited from this article and available from Project Gutenberg, Captain Richard Ingle, The Maryland "Pirate and Rebel", states that in November 14th, 1653, he was around Dover writing a letter asking for money and stating he was sick. "This is the last fact, which can at present be found, about Richard Ingle, who first came into notice demanding tobacco debts, and is discovered, at last demanding prize money." (pg 43)
