WWII activities

edit

This article needs to include content about its WWII war production activities. Could someone who has knowledge of this add it? --rogerd 16:27, 23 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Maps and aerial photos

edit

I'm a bit baffled by the lat/long coordinates in all of the map & aerial photo links. I believe the point specified in the links is at the US Steel plant in Ecorse, not the Ford River Rouge plant in Dearborn. 64.112.202.93 15:04, 3 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

You are correct. I've updated them. olderwiser 15:58, 3 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

The link on Google Earth is still to the USS plant. 68.112.175.59 23:27, 23 February 2007 (UTC)Reply

Current Operations

edit

I'm surprised how little there is about current operations. From the F150 Wiki page I'm lead to believe that all F150's are produced in Kansas.

Also there are several facts delivered in the past tense that I believe are still current, and should be present tense.

I'm Totally surprised how little there is about ALL operations ! No numbers!? How many of what kinds & what brands of Machinery are & have been within the plant? How long is the longest assembly line? Has one sentence, that most components for all cars are made here ? Which how many? How many people worked at various times in which areas? Production levels !
