Merger proposed (The Listening)
edit- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section.
The result was: Merge, by silent consensus. --B. Wolterding 08:59, 21 September 2007 (UTC)
I propose to merge the content of The Listening into here, since the notability of that article has been questioned. Actually the band has released only one album, and while press doverage is claimed, no citations have been given. But since the band seems to be some kind of sequel to Rock N Roll Worship Circus, it might be appropriate to merge the information here.
Please add your comments below. Proposed as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B. Wolterding 16:49, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
I submit that with the release of a new EP, upcoming LP, and completely new band roster aside from Wilson, The Listening has firmly established itself as a separate entity from the Rock N Roll Worship Circus, and that the releases as "The Listening" should be removed from the discography for the RRWC. Gabe leaving
editI'm deleting the following paragraph for I think fairly obvious reasons:
"The only member left in the band now is Gabe. This is due to the fact that his ego got the best of him and he drove everyone away. Eric, Josiah, and Chris left the band because they didn't agree with decisions he was making in his personal life, such as leaving his wife because, "God told me to." Gabe and the label are now taking legal action against these 3 for breech of contract to the tune of $200,000 each. He even went so far as to have them served papers just before they took the stage at tomfest. Oh and, Aaron Lamere and Bobby Love were never in the band."
Whoever wrote this apparently has some bitterness, but what I want to know more than anything is where they got their information. If whoever wrote this paragraph is out there, where are these accusations coming from? Bornofdust (talk) 01:06, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
They came from the land of TRUTH, just past honesty and integrity, 3 places no longer known to you. Bitter?! I barely knew her. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Creminygems (talk • contribs) 18:06, 16 August 2008 (UTC)
Ah, hm. That was quite the poetic non-answer. Oh well. Bornofdust (talk) 07:31, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
minor change requested
edit-Remove the two Listening albums (The listening EP and The Listening LP) from discography.
-Make name The Listening a link to The Listening
