Recommending merging root (mathematics) here

edit

I recommend merging, so that the same material does not have to be maintained in two places. Root (mathematics) would become a link to the Mathematics section here, similar to how "D programming language (disambiguation)" and "free (song)" are currently handled.--NapoliRoma (talk) 13:01, 12 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

TOC right

edit

Ezeu, in response to your edit with the summary "{{tocright}}? Table of contents is bonafide here", see the "Organizing long lists by subject" section of MOS:DAB. This is a long list and the layout benefits from having the table of contents on the right side. What is your rationale for removing the tag? Nick Number (talk) 00:19, 7 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

I've reverted my edit. Ezeu (talk) 08:50, 7 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
Cool, thanks. Nick Number (talk) 12:59, 7 August 2012 (UTC)Reply

/root should not redirect to FHS

edit

I wanted to link from an article and the connection is just too tenuous. Going to go with root file system instead. /root should go there or, preferably get its own page (or I'd just fix the redirect)Elinruby (talk) 01:31, 4 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
