Rewritten to emphasize former community, vice post office. That nothing particularly interesting or important happened there (apart from a train wreck) should not be the basis for deletion. (My ancestors, and their various in-laws, seemed to prefer living (and being buried) in obscure communities, many of which no longer exist.) Will sort of the issue of map credit. The map itself is from an 1875 atlas now in the public domain. The image of the map, however, is from an historical society's website; did obtain the society's permission to use the image.
