I reverted the move by Rublamb from "Ruth Rosekrans Hoffman" to "Ruth Hoffman", as while more concise, this appears to really lose information, and might tend to cause some confusion. I'd support a move to "Rosekrans Hoffman" per WP:COMMONNAME; this is the name she published under. It looks like we'd need to put in a move request for it (as there's already a redirect there), however, and I'd like to make sure it's noncontroversial before putting in the request. I tried the move earlier, and it didn't allow moving over the redirect. I requested a move at WP:REQUESTMOVE. If you have the bit to move over the redirect, or if I'm otherwise missing something, then go ahead and move! Russ Woodroofe (talk) 20:10, 20 April 2024 (UTC)Reply
