I started this article because the Foundation placed a full page advertisement in Wisconsin papers today promoting its Superkids Reading Program for adoption in Wisconsin public schools. Given that is is founded by Pleasant Rowland, who is notable enough to have her own article, and the reading program the Foundation is promoting will likely be the subject of much interest as she promotes this program, I feel this organization is notable enough to be an entry in Wikipedia.
