I'm not sure it's completely accurate to say that the meat is cooked over "coals". One thing that sets this style apart is that it is often cooked over live flames rather than just coals. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 165.208.128.10 (talk) 18:20, 13 January 2014 (UTC)Reply
