editIn this edit I redirected the article to Kaal Bhairav Rahasya. There was no effort made to establish that the subject meets either our General Notability Guideline or WP:NACTOR. The notability guidelines for actors at minimum requires that they have "had significant roles in multiple notable films, television shows, stage performances, or other productions.
The emphasis is on multiple notable roles. We don't create articles on first-time actors and we aren't here to promote people. We create articles about well-established, notable actors.
