"True" Brownian motion
editIn the continuum limit, the discrete random walk becomes the Wiener process, which has a fractal nature. The trajectory of a particle in Brownian motion, as the term is commonly understood, is more like a polygonal path. Application in quantum field theory
edit"A lattice model [having some property] corresponds to finding [a property] of the model." This sentence does not make sense. Mathematical models do not correspond to activities of studying them. Without further explanation or reference, the whole section is useless to the reader. --Lambiam 12:18, 5 December 2022 (UTC)
