editHi there,
Re year 2013 I believe there is something wrong. In 2013 Portugal was 4th not Italy. Please check here at : http://www.portugalsevens.maodemestre.com/p/campeonatos-da-europa.html

Sevens Grand Prix Series → Rugby Europe Men's Sevens Championships – The event was renamed since 2015, see 2017 Rugby Europe Men's Sevens Championships for the current edition. 185.59.158.22 (talk) 18:45, 18 June 2017 (UTC) --Relisting. — Amakuru (talk) 15:33, 6 July 2017 (UTC)
- Support. The scope of the tournament for both genders these days covers more than just one category alone, with the Grand Prix series being the highest of multiple in both respects. It's appropriate that the rename gets made to reflect this. GrafVonTirol (talk) 03:21, 20 June 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. See wp:official names and the relevant policy. But suggest relisting of this one to see whether GrafVonTirol is correct and the article should be rescoped, rather than a new one created. Andrewa (talk) 19:49, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
- So what? Do you propose to save the very old name of the competition? Sevens Grand Prix Series was the correct name since 2011 till 2014 only, see Category:European Sevens Championship. 185.59.158.22 (talk) 22:28, 25 June 2017 (UTC)
- So we have a process here, and are not slaves to it but it normally works fairly well and there seems no good reason to depart from it in this case. See also wp:correct. Andrewa (talk) 03:09, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

- Support Current name must be the one that appears on the title, imo. Asturkian (talk) 19:37, 8 July 2017 (UTC)
- And you should read WP:AT and perhaps also WP:NHC, IMO. Andrewa (talk) 00:22, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose. Reliable sources are still calling it the "Grand Prix Series" as far as I can see.[1] And in fact, the picture of the champions at [2] suggests that even the organisers are still calling it that. — Amakuru (talk) 12:32, 14 July 2017 (UTC)
- Support. Reliable sources are from the Rugby in crowd. Rugby is critical to the topic and so belongs in the title. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 04:30, 15 July 2017 (UTC)
Creating pages and removing red links
editIf there is anyone who is interested in creating pages, and thereby removing the Red links, for the tournaments within Division A/Trophy (2011, 2012, 2013) and the Division B/Conference 1 (2011, 2012, 2013 North & South, and 2014 North & South) can get all the results from these tournaments HERE — Preceding unsigned comment added by 88.1.202.203 (talk) 18:06, 15 April 2018 (UTC)
