For what seems like years
edita string of anonymous editors have been inflating the player's statistics, which were until recently largely unsourced, and adding a completely unsourced spell of 19 appearances in 2009 at Turkish club Samsunspor. The stats are now sourced, apart from 3 of the player's first 4 clubs, for which the stats have been removed until reliable sources can be found.
As to Samsunspor, the stats site mackolik.com has squad lists and appearances for the 2008/09 and 2009/10 seasons, which contain no mention of this player, and no-one with even a similar name with 19 appearances. In addition, the player's page at the Turkish Football Federation shows his only club as Fener Spor, which is the current name of the club then known as Zonguldakspor, and that he received his first licence to play in Turkey in November 2010. The TFF page for the Samsunspor club lists no-one of a similar name in their squad for the relevant season(s) (dropdown menu under Team staff heading).
There's either been a serious conspiracy to remove mention of this person from football history, or the anon's submissions are mistaken. cheers, Struway2 (talk) 14:52, 24 May 2017 (UTC)
