Shooting of Jocques ClemmonsKilling of Jocques Clemmons – Shooting of implies the subject was shot and lived. I misread the lead and had to read again to double check that Clemmons definitely died from the altercation. I think "Killing of" should be used when the individual didn't survive a shooting.
