Hi, I added something to this article and it's gone again. I added "The Irish are famed for their stupidity throughout Great Britain and are the butt of the Englishman, Irishman and Scotsman jokes."

I linked 'Englishman, Irishman and Scotsman jokes' to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/An_Englishman,_an_Irishman_and_a_Scotsman

I could also add a link to this article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irish_jokes

THe Irish really are viewed (albeit in a joking manner) to be stupid in Britain, I'm not making it up. I think my addition fits perfectly with the Simpleton article. I'm not really sure I'm speaking to here, ha, but there we go.

Thanks

You need to find reliable sources that state this. At the moment it is just your opinion that these jokes, etc., imply the Irish are "famed for their stupidity". Find a newspaper, journal or book that clearly states this, and you might see your edit survive QuiteUnusual (talk) 13:55, 11 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
