Name change

edit

I changed this article's name from "melanoma with small nevus-like cells" to "small cell melanoma". The reason I changed it is because the new name seems to be used much more often than the old one, judging by search engine results, which include government health sites like the National Institute of Health and the websites of prestigious organizations and journals, such as Nature. However, as I am not an expert in this subject, I welcome those who disagree with this move to change it, if they feel the move is inappropriate. I have a general science background, and I am more knowledgeable about general biology than non-infectious disease. Therefore, the only reasons I can think of for moving the article back, against Wikipedia's general preference for using the most common name for the article's title, is that "small cell melanoma" is ambiguous, or it is a term that has fallen out of favor in recent years. Whether it is one of these reasons or something else, just use your best judgment. If you need an administrator to reverse the move, you can leave a message on my talk page. I will get to it eventually. Otherwise, you can try Wikipedia:Requested moves. -- Kjkolb (talk) 07:13, 15 May 2012 (UTC)Reply
