Confusion between two different Constituencies called Sohagpur

I am writing this to inform you that the data in wiki as of now belongs to 2 different constituencies.

1 Sohagpur is in District Narmadapuram and the other was in District Shahdol which was merged after Madhya Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2000.
