2 Gigs maximum - really?
editI've got a newer V800 which has a 1 Gig memstick maximum - is it really correct that the K750i can work with 2 Gigs? Peter S. 14:18, 23 September 2005 (UTC)
In theory its the max memory stick pro duo size that is the limiting factor... which currently is 2GB it could be raised
The Maximum is now 8GB --Underwatergiraffe 21:14, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Photo Added
editHi;
I got the W800i from O2 on contract (the K750i was free but it was worth spendin the £30 for the 512 stick and the good headphones :) ) I attached a link to the photo in the main article so you can see the quality most phones dont have..

USB Mass Storage Support
editMy k750i (UK Vodafone) does seem to have USB mass storage. Plugged it into my PC (running Debian Etch with a stock 2.4 kernel), typed modprobe usb-storage && fdisk -l and there it was as sda. Maybe some operators mung the firmware, or the mass storage is a little flaky under some OSes? My phone can't seem to import Java applets from the memory stick, only download them from the Internet. The joystick is also unreliable, often failing to register one direction altogether, and a hard push is all too frequently interpreted as a centre push.
Also, does anyone know if replacement hands-free headsets are available? I would like to make an amplifier for my phone using a TDA2822, but will need to cut up a headset to get the special proprietary connector.

- I too have seen similar malfunction of the joystick. Inverting the phone and giving it a light tap usually solves this! DFH 19:21, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
- K750i officially has USB Mass Storage capability [1] Ony (talk) 07:37, 29 February 2008 (UTC)
Mono AAC
editI can confirm that playing nero-encoded AAC files (HE), I get only mono playback. If I disable HE, I get stereo (with significanlty less quality). All this using the latest firmware for nov 2006. 85.204.119.88 07:30, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
Prices will very quickly become out of date information
editIs it even appropriate for an encyclopedia to quote current prices? DFH 19:19, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
White screen of death
editThe K750i is infamous for a bug that appears to hit many users seemingly at random (a typical scenario is to plug the discharged phone into the charger wake up next morning with a brick).
It manifests itself by the phone booting into a white screen, which then blinks in slow intervals.
Some people report successfully circumventing the bug by reflashing the ROM, but you need a USB cable and some computer smarts for this.
I bought the phone used from ebay, it worked just fine for me for a week, now it's useless :(
Most Websites Talk of the same very features that i saw in this article
editPlease Provide me information on the camera in this mobile and the module that has the features. No where people are actually providing the number of frames per second and the available zoom of such cameras. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hannabeprakash (talk • contribs) 17:29, 21 January 2010 (UTC)
