What if there were more seasons where Kenny stayed dead?

As much as I like Kenny as a character, what IF we DID get more seasons of South Park where Kenny stayed dead? What if season 6 wasn't the only season where he stayed dead? What if he DID get the same death treatment as Chef, and was completely written out of the show throughout the rest of its run?
