Spanish–Portuguese War (1761–63)Spanish–Portuguese War (1762–63) – This war started in 1762, not 61. There was no declaration of war, so the beginning of the conflict should be dated to the start of the fighting, which was May 9, 1762. The date 1761 is completely random and should be fixed. I support renaming it the Fantastic War or the War of the Family Compact, as we prefer full names versus dated generic names. Cristiano Tomás (talk) 13:43, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
I think I agree with you. However, we should first fix the date to 1762, and then we could discuss what you mentioned. King Philip V of Spain (talk) 04:36, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
Agreed, let's remedy the dating and the discuss which of the proper names should be used. Thank you, Cristiano Tomás (talk) 14:56, 14 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
