I don't know who is responsible for this page. However, the USS Stephen Potter was used in the movie 'The Deep Six" (1958) which starred Alan Ladd. Ladd played an officer who had to deal with the issue of fighting and killing and his Quaker upbringing. The ship was acknowledged in the movie credits.
