On February 24, 2023, LBC announced on Twitter that Allen's contract was coming to an end and that he would subsequently step down from his show with immediate effect 'following discussions'. He hosted his last programme on Friday 17 Feb, 2023, although he had said he would return the following Monday. Samplecode (talk) 18:46, 24 February 2023 (UTC)
