editI left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: IMO this should be merged into Saint Paul. IMO Under wp:notability, not suitable for a separate article. Happy editing!

- @North8000: This neighborhood article is a stub, one of a group of articles on Saint Paul neighborhoods. They all began as stubs and have been developing nicely, some of them into quite detailed and interesting articles. Given that this is a relatively new stub, I hope we can give it some time to grow before making a decision about its notability. –Jcbutler (talk) 17:28, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
- I noticed that you had some with similar titles which were more developed. If we look at the subject being planning districts, then I think it would fail wp:notability both short term and long term and under both wp:Ngeo (being an abstract type district and not a primary area of governance) and GNG coverage that is about the topic which is the planning district as an entity. But all of them state that they are also a neighborhood and some of the more well developed articles seem to bear out that they are also a well-established neighborhood with source and material that are about it. Those I'd be inclined to pass for those reasons and with some extra consideration for being a sub-article/ branch from the Saint Paul article, when the planning district being just a way to define what are already sort of entities. But these stub ones have nothing establishing that they similar situations. You mentioned giving them more time but keep in mind that these are in the New Page Patrol Que and are already about 8 months old. I don't plan on any action on the stub ones in the near future but that doesn't mean that nobody else will. If you do build them a bit to establish they are an established neighborhood with sourcing on them as such and car to ping me I'd be happy to review those. Happy editing! - @North8000: Thank you for the feedback. I have been working on expanding this stub. I would argue that all of these district/neighborhoods of Saint Paul have equivalent notability, even though the articles are in various stages of development. Quoting from the style manual "populated, legally recognized places are typically presumed to be notable." In addition to being populated, legally designated areas, the neighborhood districts of Saint Paul also function as "areas of government" (see criticism above) because they have neighborhood planning councils by which elected members of the community interact with the city council. For reference, I am posting this note here and also on the talk page for the Southeast neighborhood. -Jcbutler (talk) 18:14, 5 September 2024 (UTC)
