does anyone know how they got the weight loss percentage? For Example When I started losing weight I weighed 174 pounds now I weigh 122. Can anyone tell me my weight percentage, fat percentage and how you got the number?

Your weight loss percentage would be (174 - 122)/174 is decimal, multiply by 100 to get the percent. Plastikspork (talk)
