Question
editDoesn't the addition of the names of the taxidermied animals she has collected make this feel largely like a vanity article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.219.126.73 (talk) 16:41, 14 April 2012 (UTC)
Isn't the blogges writing/has written a book? Somebody should put something about that in there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.72.230.230 (talk) 16:36, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
She should probably be kept in wikipedia for the James Garfield Showing Up On National Television in Canada incident alone. Also, I feel that her existence and perspective are fairly key in understanding the greater perspective of Gen-X parenting in the American West, with how she exhibits a great deal of discomfort with her neighbours/a more central-mass-media association than an attachment to her surroundings. Also, James Garfield. That shit is important, yo. 142.20.198.96 (talk) 16:39, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
Starting to flesh out the article a bit now. Would help if someone could scrounge up a few more mainstream media references. There was a CBC interview recently, for example. Steve DeGroof (talk) 17:16, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
Wasn't there a (missspelled) reference in The Times? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.137.231.94 (talk) 17:18, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
As one of the most prominent bloggers in the fast growing blogging world I feel this page is of extreme significance and should be kept up accordingly. In addition to this, the great humanitarian efforts that her blogging power enabled over this past holiday season was one of the most beautiful things I've seen in this community. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 141.154.154.172 (talk) 17:25, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
The Bloggess belongs here in Wikipedia. Hell, she should have her OWN Wikipedia. She's Awesome
OK, we got the "speedy deletion" request dropped. Could still use more content, maybe a photo. Steve DeGroof (talk) 17:43, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
Photo added
editI decided to send Jenny Lawson an email asking for a photo to release for Wikipedia. She agreed, and the photo has been added to the article. Licensing is (as of this writing) pending OTRS confirmation. Cheers, everyone. elektrikSHOOS 19:12, 28 June 2011 (UTC)
Mental and Physical Health
editI added material regarding Ms. Lawson's mental and physical health. She has been open about these issues, and many people in the comments to her blogs have expressed their appreciation for this, so I feel it acceptable to post these facts here. Grant McKenna (talk) 08:51, 20 August 2011 (UTC)
